About the Role:

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate bespoke educational programs, catering to the unique needs and abilities of each student.
  • Regularly monitor and document progress, tracking academic achievements and EHCP outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence, motivation, and a love for learning.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, guiding them to provide targeted support and enhance the learning experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of neurodiverse needs and the ability to adapt educational approaches accordingly.
  • Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written communication is essential when interacting with various stakeholders and contributing to resources.
  • A valid driving license – our pupils enjoy outings; we need you to drive them safely.
  • An unwavering commitment to education and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs.
