Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of students with special educational needs.
  • Establish clear goals and objectives for student learning, ensuring alignment with the curriculum and school policies.
  • Create a supportive learning environment that fosters academic growth, social development, and emotional well-being.
  • Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a safe and productive learning space.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching, preferably in SEN settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet individual student needs.
  • Familiarity with child-centered approaches to education.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to exclusive benefits, including comprehensive training opportunities, dedicated mentorship, and a supportive work environment.
