Job Title: Finance Administrator - Purchase Ledger

Location: Lincoln (Must have own transport)

Salary: £30k FTE

Work Type: Fixed term contract until January 2025


Aim/Purpose of Job:

Compiles, classifies, records, verifies and maintains data and payments to accounts records for the purchase ledger.


Main Duties & Tasks:

  • Utilize the computerized order management system to check deliveries and verify payments.
  • Classify and record financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and maintain data integrity in accounts records.
