Senior Account Director - Tech PR

Kairos Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Director to join our client's team who specialise in Tech PR. The successful candidate will manage key accounts in the tech sector and consumer sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the strategic direction and execution of PR campaigns for tech, clean energy, and consumer clients.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a small team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and support the professional growth of team members.
  • Develop and present strategic PR proposals and plans to clients.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to set PR goals and develop strategies that align with their business objectives.
