Job Title: Commercial Legal Counsel

Adarma Security is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in managing the delivery of legal advice and support across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including master services agreements, framework agreements, and software licensing agreements.
  • Identify and advise on important legal risks, ensuring that your advice is accurate, understandable, and delivered at the right time.
  • Help update and improve our existing contractual documentation, ensuring that it remains commercial while minimizing legal risks.
  • Assist in creating an appropriate legal and governance framework for the business, establishing procedures to ensure legal best practices.
  • Provide legal advice to our managed service and security consulting departments, as well as our internal support departments.
  • Support the renewal of insurance policies and ensure agreement to contractual obligations.
Requirements:
  • Legally qualified solicitor with experience negotiating commercial contracts and technology agreements.
  • Knowledge of data protection law, intellectual property law, and corporate law is desirable.
