Legal Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our in-house team at Iconic Resourcing. As a key member of our Legal team, you will provide targeted, practical legal advice across professional services, actuarial, consulting, insurance, and third-party administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, licences, client agreements, and data services agreements.
  • Create and refine best practice notes, policies, and templates, and assist in training.
  • Support client-based projects, from inception to finalisation, with sound legal advice.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the wider legal team to achieve key objectives.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in commercial contract negotiation, ideally within an FCA-regulated environment or a financial services setting.
  • Exposure to pensions or financial services and a good knowledge of IT systems (like SharePoint or Dynamics 365) would be advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate with both stakeholders and the wider legal team.
