About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor/Generalist to join our team at our UK Head Office in Hinckley. As an HR Advisor/Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR support to the business, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide HR support to the business, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration

* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

* Conduct employee investigations and disciplinary procedures

* Provide training and development opportunities for employees

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in an HR role

* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong organizational and time management skills
