We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Integrated Community Mental Health Teams in Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff.
- Contribute to the development of our services, including the design and implementation of new initiatives and programs.
- Work collaboratively with other services within the Trust and other Trusts within the Integrated Care System (ICS).
- Provide protected clinical supervision to junior staff and contribute to the development of their skills and knowledge.
We are looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist with:
- MBChB and MRCPsych CCT or CESR in general adult psychiatry.
- Predominant experience in general adult psychiatry.
- Evidence of ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
- Evidence of previous leadership experience and/or motivation in developing medical leadership.
