We are seeking a dedicated, Level 3 qualified Infant Room Supervisor to join our Bright Horizons Little Stars. This position will be centered in our nurturing baby room, guiding the team to deliver outstanding care to our youngest nursery attendees.

What you'll be doing

Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential) Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Comprehensive knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the legislative requirements for working with children Ability to build trust and foster strong working relationships with colleagues and parents Proficiency in utilizing various communication techniques with both children and adultsWe look forward to receiving your application
