Job Title: BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our design team at Technical Global Solutions. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by coordinating and managing the creation and maintenance of building information models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Modeling, drawing, and coordinating mechanical and electrical designs to ensure projects can be constructed with minimal rework.
  • Attending weekly internal model and design team meetings, as well as project BIM meetings with main contractors.
  • Ensuring the latest models, drawings, and designs from all stakeholders are being used and notifying engineers and site teams of any changes.
  • Generating Revit models from senior engineers' outputs and creating Revit families where manufacturer files are not available.
  • Managing clash reporting and resolution between disciplines, maintaining ACC/BIM360 cloud models and reporting, and providing technical assistance to project teams.
  • Integrating cloud point surveys and ensuring compliance with all project BIM documentation.
  • Complying with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous Revit MEP experience in the construction/building services field.
  • Relevant qualification in BIM or Mechanical or Electrical engineering is beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and timely in person and over email.
