- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including psychological, social, and physical evaluations, to inform treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and other evidence-based approaches.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to individuals with chronic pain, promoting self-management and empowerment.
