**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Director - Sales Leader to join our team at Ultimate Finance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through proactive sales efforts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities from a range of introductory sources, including accountants, commercial finance advisors, brokers, and solicitors.
  • Build and maintain professional working relationships with clients and introducers, and act as a primary contact for new business in your designated region.
  • Manage and progress all new business enquiries via CRM, and prepare and submit new business files to credit committee, ensuring that they meet our credit policy and contain all necessary information.
  • Assist Operations to ensure the smooth transition of prospects to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date introducer records, and ensure that all prospect enquiries are properly recorded and progressed.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions at regional sales meetings to ensure continual development.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the asset-based finance industry, including all Ultimate Finance products and services.
  • Achieve minimum sales targets (income) while ensuring that new business quality standards are acceptable and maintained.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain our high standards in all respects.
