Key Responsibilities

The Womenswear Product Development Manager will lead the day-to-day development process, collaborating closely with the Womenswear Design team to drive collections from initial concept to preparation for bulk production.

You will manage and oversee the critical path, proactively identifying potential issues and risks, and ensuring deadlines are met.

  • The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to build and maintain the fabric-to-sketch file, ensuring the collection's fabric information is up-to-date and accurate throughout the season.
  • Experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative, positive, and creative working environment is also essential.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
