Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Operations Assistant to join our team at Denroy Plastics International. As a key member of our Commercial Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be handling a variety of tasks, including managing customer inquiries, generating and processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Manage and process new business applications efficiently and accurately
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment and possess strong IT skills, including Excel. Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum.
