Job Title: IT Service and Performance Specialist

At Bupa, we're committed to delivering exceptional IT services that support our business goals. As an IT Service and Performance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line incident management support to our IT customers, IS teams, and vendors.
  • Recommend opportunities to improve working practices and team performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the Bupa organization, business, and IT industry trends to provide desktop solutions.
  • Follow ITIL-based operational lifecycle procedures to ensure a cost-effective and efficient service.
  • Achieve security accreditation for user account administration and ensure compliance with Bupa security standards.
  • Progress and resolve requests and incidents logged with the IT Service Centre, keeping customers informed at all times.
  • Advise customers on hardware and software purchases in conjunction with technical teams.
  • Perform administration tasks as allocated by the Service Centre Management Team.
  • Support operational working hours and temporary secondments to other IS Customer Service teams.
