The Perfect Team is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse and shipping areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the logistics function, including stock, order picking, and dispatch.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the Warehouse Manager and other team members, ensuring a high standard of work practices and adherence to Health and Safety policies.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance and activities within the logistics function using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and statistics.
- Efficiency and Productivity: Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity within the departments, and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the supply chain, including the management of overhead costs for staff and consumables.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products are properly checked and packed before dispatch.
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, and operations management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
