We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our team at Rotork Plc as a Senior Commercial Lawyer. The successful candidate will be someone who is commercially aware, bright, confident, and proactive, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

As a direct report to the Head of Legal for EMEA and India, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert advice on a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, litigation, data protection, employment issues, mergers and acquisitions, internal restructuring, property deals, and intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide risk-based advice on commercial contracts, litigation, data protection, and other relevant areas
  • Work closely with the Management Board to deliver solutions to business challenges
  • Collaborate with the team to drive efficiencies and shape business strategies

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE
  • Experience in general commercial contracts, data protection, employment, or disputes/litigation
  • Ability to provide consistent and clear risk-based advice in an in-house environment
