Catering Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at ISS UK. As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our catering department, ensuring that food and service standards are always of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation and service of food, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist the Chef Manager in ensuring that presentation, portioning, staffing, and costings comply with the agreed budget.
- Place online orders, accept invoices, and manage petty cash and till declarations.
- Support the Chef Manager in training and developing the catering team to ensure continuous learning and development.
- Maintain a happy and helpful manner and attitude throughout working hours, dealing with customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Work to a high standard of general hygiene, maintaining the cleanliness of the site.
- Uphold our Health and Safety values, ensuring a secure and safe environment.
- Represent our catering and operations teams, always thinking of client satisfaction.
About You
We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, good understanding of food hygiene principles, and the ability to follow instructions while making their own decisions for the best interest of the customer.
