About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our catering operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the catering department, ensuring that food and service standards are consistently met.
- Assist the Chef Manager in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and allergen protocols.
- Support the front-of-house operations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the Chef Manager to develop and implement menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
- Train and develop the catering team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Uphold ISS's values of inclusivity, diversity, and customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
