About the Role

Zen Educate Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join its marketing team in London.

This role will involve developing and implementing a CRM strategy that drives user engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing roles, with experience in CRM and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own the CRM strategy, including user segmentation and optimising user journey.
  2. Manage key marketing channels, including CRM and in-app messaging for both schools and supply teachers.
  3. Develop and implement a plan for the end-to-end CRM lifecycle, including segmentation of customers.
  4. Monitor performance data for marketing campaigns and work closely with product on automated product emails.
  5. Ensure all CRM systems are up-to-date, support integration of new triggers, and monitor deliverability.
  6. Measure and report on the impact of CRM metrics and campaign reporting, using data to inform future campaign planning.
