**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing home. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the home's operations are running smoothly, including staff management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient operation of the home
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure that all aspects of the home's operations are running smoothly and efficiently

**Requirements**

  • Valid driving license and use of a vehicle
  • Management experience within a nursing home
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
