Employment Expert Sought

We are seeking an experienced Employment Expert to join our team at Wise Employment Careers. As an Employment Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, providing expert advice to managers, and managing complex ER cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development: Create and implement new policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Advisory Support: Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including employment law and best practice.
  • ER Case Management: Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • HR Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including policies and procedures.
  • HR Queries: Respond to internal and external HR inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 or higher (desirable)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong Administrative Skills
  • Able to Prioritize Tasks Effectively

Benefits:

  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (FTE), paid weekly
  • 28 days annual leave
  • Pension Scheme
