What you'll do

At Alina Homecare, our care jobs in Strood are designed to provide a unique and rewarding experience for our clients. As a Care Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing companionship, personal care, and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Some of the tasks you'll be responsible for include:

  • Companionship – building relationships and providing emotional support to our clients
  • Personal Care – assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Medication – helping clients manage their medication and providing reminders
  • Mealtimes – preparing healthy meals and snacks for our clients
  • Housework – assisting with household chores such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying
  • Errands – accompanying clients on outings and helping with shopping and other tasks
  • Mobility – assisting clients with mobility issues and helping them to get around

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a caring and reliable attitude, a driving license, access to a vehicle, and the right to work in the UK. Don't worry if you don't have any experience – we provide exclusive training to help you prepare for this rewarding role.
