Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals with social and physical activities, such as outings, exercise, and hobbies
  • Booking and accompanying service users to appointments, including medical and social engagements
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting individuals with eating and drinking, including meal preparation and assistance with feeding

Requirements

  • A caring attitude and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable individuals
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues
  • The ability to understand and follow policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection
  • Good writing skills, with the ability to complete documentation and reports
