Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Scott Care Ltd as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in the Medway area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with social and physical activities
  • Accompanying service users to appointments
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing and dressing
  • Helping with mealtime support

Requirements:

  • A caring and empathetic attitude
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • The ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Basic writing skills for documentation
