Job Title: Support Worker - Autistic Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the Kent Autistic Trust. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and household management
  • Supporting individuals with complex needs, including physical and learning disabilities
  • Driving a mobility car or service vehicle (manual license required)
  • Working with individuals who may display challenging behaviors
