An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced insurance professional to lead our Business Partner Team within the Networks Division at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our Network Leadership Team, you will contribute to our strategic direction and work closely with management colleagues on operational issues across the business.
The Role- You will lead a team of Business Partners, working closely with our Network Members and Insurers to deliver value and tailor our solutions to their needs.
- As a trusted advisor, you will engage, develop, and retain colleagues through effective management practices, ensuring they have annual goals, regular performance and career development discussions, and ongoing feedback and recognition.
- You will be responsible for managing your own panel of Network Members, developing an in-depth understanding of their businesses, and supporting them in accessing appropriate elements of the Willis Towers Watson Networks proposition.
- Working closely with selected Network Members across the UK, you will understand their placement strategies and work with appropriate Network markets to deliver placement solutions.
- You will also work with our Insurer Partners at an operational level, providing insight, identifying and converting opportunities, and resolving any issues with our Network Members.
- You will need to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, leading through example, and mentoring, supporting and managing the members of your team.
- You will be able to demonstrate good planning, organisational and time management skills, managing multiple Network Member and Insurer Partner relationships.
- You will have well-developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver key messages at all levels, to both Network Members and Insurer Partners.
- You will need an ability to analyse business plans, data and situations and provide recommendations and solutions.
- You will be expected to put the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way you do business.
