Senior Project Manager
Prominent plumbing and residential new build project coordinator sought for a challenging role based in Canterbury, Kent.

About the Role:
A senior project manager is required to oversee projects from inception to completion. This will involve managing resources effectively, including materials, labour and sub-contractors. The successful candidate will work closely with the client to deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong communication skills are essential for this role as you will be working with clients and internal teams alike. A salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum is available for the right candidate. In addition to your annual salary, we offer excellent benefits that include enhanced pension scheme, private health insurance, flexible working hours, life assurance, 25 days paid annual leave and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing projects from set-up to handover and evaluation
- Delivering project estimates and valuations
- Ensuring team compliance with project specifications
- Tracking and reporting at weekly client update meetings
- Planning resources, including materials, labour and sub-contractors
- Liaising with site safety officers to ensure all standards are maintained
- Liaising with clients on KPI development and implementation

- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Self-motivated personality with attention to detail
- Organisation and time management skills
- SMSTS certification
