Job Overview

The Academic Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Hammersmith office, providing a high level of customer service to employees, visitors, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office activities, including managing agent relationships and servicing provider contracts.
  • Administer access control systems, ensuring secure access to authorized personnel.
  • Develop and maintain business cards, coordinate office communications, and manage the office email mailbox.
  • Support the Senior Manager in managing courier accounts, booking packages for collection and delivery, and overseeing postage and courier services.
  • Conduct regular office walks to ensure all non-essential equipment is powered down for the weekend.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management and administration.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £58,000 per annum
