Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with Oxfam's policies and procedures, including safeguarding and financial management
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and support the growth of Oxfam's retail operations
