Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with Oxfam's policies and procedures, including safeguarding and financial management
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and support the growth of Oxfam's retail operations
