Cepac Rotherham is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our Conversion team. As a key member of our senior operational team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in production and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of Health and Safety on your shift.
  • Deliver production KPIs across the team to achieve the operational plan in all aspects of people management, safety, productivity, quality, hygiene, and machine performance.
  • Ensure the plant runs consistently over the 24/5 period during your shift.
  • Provide engaging and empowering leadership to drive safety standards and achieve operational success.
  • Work with the engineering team to ensure planned PPM and TPM schedules are fully achieved, maximizing machine reliability, efficiency, and reducing downtime.

Requirements:

  • Production management experience, ideally from working in a Corrugator or Conversion industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, guide, and coach a team.
  • Ability to learn new techniques and convert them into best practice.
  • Competence in dealing with data and using Microsoft Office suite.

Benefits:

  • Salary up to £54k.
  • Generous production bonus paid monthly or yearly after the probation period.
  • Opportunity of a £ 'Sign on Bonus' within the first 6 months.
