An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior clerical officer to join our team in Armagh.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to the department, including tasks such as data collation, financial administration, and communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Data collation and financial administration
- Communication with stakeholders, including service users and Central Support Team Officers
- Preparation of letters, minutes, notes, and other clerical support to officers as appropriate
Requirements:
- Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent)
- At least 1 year`s suitable Clerical and/or administrative experience with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
▢52 per hour
