Head of Sales Opportunity

Universal Business Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and management experience, with a strong focus on driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
