Key Responsibilities:- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Managers. Foster a culture of empowerment and engagement that drives accountability and performance.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Translate our sales strategy into a clear, executable sales plan. Ensure all team members understand and align their efforts to meet objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and drive business growth. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and elevate our brand presence.

- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- A passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
