HR Advisor Role

Rubicon Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team in Wilmslow. As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Manager to provide generalist HR support across the business, including advice, employment law updates, recruitment, and learning & development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supporting managers with employee relations cases, providing guidance and training, and updating HR policies.
  2. Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and ensuring all internal documents are accurate.
  3. Supporting recruitment efforts and drafting employment offers, setting up new starters, and conducting references.

Requirements

  1. Prior experience in an HR Advisory role (min 3 years).
  2. Supporting conduct, capability, absence, grievance, and complaint meetings.
  3. Prior experience of designing and delivering training sessions.
  4. Understanding of HR processes and legislation.
  5. CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable but not essential).
  6. Competent IT skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  7. A flexible and hands-on approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
