Job Description:

This role is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional to join a dynamic team in the Cheltenham office of a major London-headquartered law firm. As an Administrative Assistant, you will work alongside the Partners, lawyers, and PAs, performing a range of administrative and file management tasks.

The Private Clients team is a close-knit, friendly group where lawyers and support staff work collaboratively. Our newest joiners have settled in well, and there are regular team meetings that include the support staff, ensuring good communication.

All support staff sit together on one large open-plan floor, fostering camaraderie and support. Help with overflow is available if required, and the team is quite social.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Performing administrative tasks and file management duties.
  2. Providing excellent customer service and working closely with the team.
  3. Maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 6 months administration experience in a professional office environment.
  • Solid customer service-centric experience and work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt style and approach.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

The salary for this role is estimated at £25,000-£30,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
