Shift: 3-shift pattern or Double Day
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant and equipment to ensure efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and downtime
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance planning team and production engineering team to prioritize projects and initiatives
- Support packing line format changeovers and identify opportunities to reduce changeover time
- Collaborate with the site responsible persons team to drive resolution of plant breakdowns
- Use SAP to log breakdown data, correctives, and parts out of stores
- Develop and implement plans for ongoing professional development
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a time-served apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical disciplines or equivalent experience. You must also have knowledge and experience of relevant technologies and equipment, including SAP maintenance programs. Self-motivation, teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to take on a range of responsibilities are essential.
Estimated Salary Range:
£49,000 - £53,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
