Reliability Improvement Professional

We are seeking a talented Reliability Improvement Professional to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to reliability improvement initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our packing lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the maintenance planning team and production engineering team to prioritize projects and initiatives.
- Support operators in making interventions and adjustments to maximize production efficiency.
Requirements:
- Time-served apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical discipline or be multiskilled.
- Experience with SAP maintenance program and PLC/HMI programming an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think critically.
Salary Range: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
