About the Role
  • Lead the technical aspects of overhead line projects, including preliminary and detailed design, and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end integrated solutions, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Assess and improve existing designs, methodologies, and processes to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, generate reports, and provide technical recommendations to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
  1. Design and Delivery: Lead the design and delivery of overhead line projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
  2. Technical Expertise: Apply advanced electrical engineering skills to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and optimize project outcomes.
  3. Team Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to achieve project goals.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance design quality, reduce costs, and increase project efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in overhead line design and project delivery, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior engineering role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and software tools.
