Job Title: Technical Compliance Analyst

Vixio Regulatory Intelligence is seeking a skilled Technical Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory intelligence team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a premium technical compliance solution for online gambling operators and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and launch a technical compliance solution that provides significant value to online gambling companies operating in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Establish and implement processes for curation and maintenance of reports on technical compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Apply subject matter expertise on technical compliance requirements to ensure depth and breadth of information within Vixio's solution.
  • Provide expert guidance to Vixio legal analysts on technical compliance requirements applicable to online gambling operators and suppliers.
  • Manage the delivery of content produced by legal analysts.
  • Peer review reports on technical compliance requirements produced by Vixio's team of legal analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Produce frequent thought leadership and analysis on key technical compliance challenges and developments affecting online gambling operators and suppliers.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact to clarify technical compliance requirements with regulatory authorities in applicable jurisdictions.
  • Proactively identify new product and market opportunities for Vixio and collaborate with tech, product, and content teams to validate them.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a compliance role at a regulated gambling operator or technology provider.
  • Experience interacting and engaging with customers.
  • A clear understanding of how technical compliance requirements impact various types of companies in the online gambling industry.
  • Experience of leading a team and/or key projects.
  • Experience of the product development process working in collaboration with technology teams preferred.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred.
  • Existing contacts among gambling industry regulatory authorities, advisors, and other stakeholders preferred.
  • Ability to manage competing/conflicting priorities effectively while being commercially sound.
  • Able to influence, network, engage with people at all levels of the company, building strong working relationships with everyone.
  • Able to prioritize activities for yourself and a wider team.
  • Clearly communicates for impact, both written and verbal.
