Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Land Use Specialist to join our team at KAP Recruitment Ltd. As an experienced Town Planner, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform planning decisions.
  • Develop and implement planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Town Planning or a related field, membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), and proven experience in a similar role within the UK. A strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations is essential for this position.

Salary: £44,000 - £49,000 per annum.
