We are seeking a highly skilled Food Safety and Nutrition Lead to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our Quality Assurance, Nutrition and Food Safety team, you will play a critical role in driving business priorities and delivering strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in food safety and nutrition to drive strategic initiatives and projects across the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of food safety and nutrition policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and external partners to advance our food safety and nutrition agenda.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure excellence in food safety and nutrition practices.

**Requirements

  • Masters degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field.
  • UK Registered Nutritionist (or equivalent) with extensive experience in food industry leadership roles.
  • HACCP Level 3 certification and familiarity with EU food policy, nutrition policy, and labelling legislation.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude.
