We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to fill the role of Healthcare Services Supervisor. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will play a vital role in our pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

About the Role

  • You'll supervise the dispensing of prescriptions, provide NHS and Private services, and offer expert advice to customers.
  • You'll actively participate in our charity support program, offering guidance and support to those affected by serious health conditions.
  • You'll assist the Pharmacy Manager in leading, training, and developing colleagues.
  • You'll establish strong connections with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries to enhance our services.
  • You'll ensure accurate payment records for NHS-covered items.

Salary and Benefits

  • A salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, with the possibility of earning up to 20% of annual salary through bonuses.
  • Holiday entitlement starting from 25 days, plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).
  • Contribution to a pension scheme for long-term security.
  • Paid maternity and adoption leave, including 26 weeks of full pay.
