As a Culinary Support Team Member, you will play a vital role in our esteemed Amberley Hall Care Home. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Head Chef in delivering outstanding food services, ensuring that the dietary needs of our residents are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to uphold high standards of food service and dining experiences for residents.
  • Assist in serving meals to residents, ensuring that dietary restrictions are adhered to and that the dining areas are well-maintained and adequately stocked.
  • Engage with residents in a respectful manner, actively participating in meaningful conversations and activities.
  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations in both kitchen and dining environments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a culinary setting or catering field is preferred.
  • An NVQ Level 2 in Food Hygiene is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
  • Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications is required.
