As a Culinary Support Team Member, you will play a vital role in our team at the esteemed Amberley Hall Care Home. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Head Chef in delivering outstanding food services, ensuring that the dietary needs of our residents are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to uphold superior standards of food service and dining experiences for residents.
  • Assist in serving meals to residents, ensuring that dietary preferences are accommodated and that the dining areas are clean and well-stocked.
  • Engage with residents in a respectful manner and actively take part in meaningful conversations and activities.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations consistently within the kitchen and dining environments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a culinary setting or a background in catering is preferred.
  • An NVQ Level 2 in Food Hygiene is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications.
