About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join their team in Tamworth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department, developing sales teams, and ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their obligations. This role requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead from the front, inspiring colleagues to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the Finance & Insurance department, including developing sales teams.
  • Ensure customers have a clear understanding of their obligations, treating them fairly and with integrity.
  • Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to provide exceptional customer service.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should be a high-achieving sales executive, sales controller, or business manager with a solid financial and commercial understanding. Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic, strong organisational and communication skills, and experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
