SEN Teacher Required

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Post-16 students on Pathway 2, focusing on complex needs. The role involves leading a small Post-16 class, delivering a tailored curriculum that develops social, emotional, independence skills, physical, and cognitive abilities.
The key responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging individualized lessons to meet diverse student needs, supporting students in developing independence and life skills, monitoring and assessing progress, adapting teaching strategies to achieve positive outcomes, and working closely with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure a holistic approach to education and care.
We are looking for a qualified teacher with experience in teaching students with SEND, a compassionate and adaptable approach, and a commitment to fostering growth and progress in students with complex needs. The estimated salary for this position is approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
