Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning team at IBB Law. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality legal services to clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, tax planning, and estate administration.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on will drafting, probate, and estate administration
• Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Analyze complex information and make sound decisions
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Manage and prioritize work to meet deadlines

Key Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage workload
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Desirable Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a strong background in Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning
• Post-qualification experience in a similar role
• Strong network of professional connections
• Ability to work flexible hours and be available on call
• Strong IT skills and ability to use document management systems
