About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Luxury Sales Ambassador to join our team at Chisholm Hunter. As a Luxury Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxurious stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets using proactive techniques and following our Chisholm Hunter processes.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Ensure all customers are offered the Chisholm Hunter Insurance (Care) package, explaining the features and benefits with every customer.
- Close sales professionally, cementing relationships with customers to enable repeat business.
- Build and maintain VIP client lists, providing exceptional service to loyal customers.
- Complete all administration and due diligence, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Work on self-improvement, continually developing skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with product information and industry trends.

Requirements:
- Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Proven track record in luxury sales environment, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue.
- Commercial thinker and results-focused, with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Proactive and a proven self-starter, with a willingness to take ownership and initiative.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
