About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at our Waterside Lodge development in Tonbridge, Kent. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the development, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers
  • Provide a first-class service to Home Owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize activities and events to enhance the lifestyle of our Home Owners
  • Conduct health and safety checks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Liaise with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Passion for excellent customer service and a love of working with people
  • Administrative experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative, with good judgment and calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services
